At N&N Shade, we’re committed to making the experience of ordering custom blinds simple, transparent, and stress-free — from sample selection to final delivery. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Order Processing Time
All of our blinds are custom-made to your specifications. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping.
Production times may be slightly longer during peak periods, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use trusted couriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL and other reliable delivery partners depending on your location. All shipments include tracking, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, expected delivery times are 5-7 business days.
Delivery time may vary based on your location and courier availability.
4. Shipping Costs
Made-to-Measure Orders
Shipping is free on all made-to-measure blind orders — no hidden fees or extra charges.
Swatch Orders
Swatch samples are shipped at a flat rate of €6 per shipment (or the equivalent in your local currency).
This helps cover packaging and international postage costs, while still allowing you to explore our range before committing.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
Please contact us at contact@nnshade.co within 48 hours of receiving your package or your expected delivery date.
If the product is damaged, include clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
7. Shipping Availability
We’re proud to offer worldwide shipping with no location restrictions.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please contact us before ordering if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

8. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:
You may be responsible for the cost of re-delivery.
We’ll contact you directly to arrange the correct delivery.
9. Peak Season Delays
During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or sales), please allow additional time for production and delivery. We appreciate your patience and will communicate any delays as they arise.
